By registering for an event (including the Family Fun Day & Flag Football Tournament), you:

Additional event waivers may be required at check-in.
4. Sponsorship Agreements
Sponsorship purchases represent a commitment to support the Organization’s mission.
Sponsors agree that:
- Logos and business names may be used for promotional purposes
- Sponsorship benefits are provided as outlined at time of purchase
- Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
5. Merchandise & Pre-Orders
For merchandise and other items:
- Pickup times and delivery policies must be followed
- Items not picked up during designated times may be forfeited
- Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property
All website content—including logos, images, graphics, text, and branding—is the property of the Don Cabangan Memorial Scholarship and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
