Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 13, 2026
The Don Cabangan Memorial Scholarship values transparency. Please review the following refund guidelines carefully.
1. Donations
All donations are final and non-refundable.
If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] to request review. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of documented error.
2. Event Registration Fees
Team registrations and event participation fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of:
- Event cancellation by the Organization
- Extreme weather conditions preventing event execution
- Administrative error
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend.
3. Sponsorship Fees
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed and promotional materials have been initiated.
If the event is canceled, sponsorship funds may be:
- Applied to a future event
- Converted to a general donation
- Refunded at the Organization’s discretion
4. Merchandise Orders
Merchandise orders are non-refundable once production or preparation begins.
If an item is unavailable due to supply issues, we will:
- Offer a replacement
- Offer store credit
- Issue a refund
Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery is scheduled.
5. Processing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days.
